“Let’s Dance” Radix entomolaris or presence of an extra lingual root on a lower mandibular molar is always fascinating to treat . This one had thin partially obliterated canals . Took out the long forgotten M4 from the drawer for this . Shapes expanded by rotaries . Packed with Gp / calcium silicate sealer .
