Clipping is a method of trying to stop bleeding from any ulcer in the gastrointestinal tract

A 60 years old gentle man with previous brain stroke ( CVA) presented with anti platelets ( aspirin / clopidogrel) related dark coloured vomiting . Endoscopy showed a small ulcer with mild ooz at junction of stomach and esophagus . He was Managed with clipping and bleeding stops thereafter
