“Psyche” means mind, and “therapy” means treatment. Hence, psychotherapy means treatment of the mind, WITHOUT ANY MEDICATION, for healing of various problems in life. Psychotherapy can be defined as a science which eases pain, suffering, stress, anxiety etc. I have served my services at Monilek Hospital, Rungta Hospital and Bhagwan Mahavir Cancer Hospital & Research Center (BMCHRC) as a Psychologist and Counselor. USEFUL TIPS FOR MANAGING EXAM HALL PRESSURE

Stop studying an hour before the test. You probably won't learn anything new in an hour, but you might see something you don't know which can cause additional stress and anxiety. Don't talk about the test with other students once you get there. Everyone is anxious before the test and anxiety can be contagious.

During The Test
1. Preview the exam and budget time.

2.Read all directions.

3. Answer easy questions first.

4.Rephrase difficult questions - Putting difficult questions in your own words can help you slow down and really think about the problem, but you should be careful not to change the question meaning when re-writing them.

5.Organize thoughts before writing

6. Think positive -

Negative thinking - " I am going to fail."

Positive thinking - " I studied hard and I know my facts. I'll do great on this test.

7. If you start feeling stress during a test, you should try quick relaxation techniques, such as -

1. taking deep breaths and letting out tension with each exhale.

2. tensing muscles for 5 seconds and releasing. repeating three times.

3. visualizing a peaceful and relaxing setting.
