Experts from addressed the media, emphasizing the urgent need for dietary awareness and lifestyle changes to combat rising obesity in India. Key insights on BMI, waist-to-height ratio, mindful eating and yoga were shared to prevent an obesity epidemic in India.

My View : Most doctors never stress the importance of they just treat the symptoms. DIET and Your Routine habits (Lifestyle) are so so so important in not letting obesity take over. Trust be as a dietitian I have to say this thats its all about and the people around you. Those weekend party friends are ignorant of the harm they are causing to your mindset, that "kya fark padta hai yaar" attitude is killing you.
