Our NICE Sikkim team, led by Program Coordinator Ms. Prishila Rai, recently conducted impactful home visits for palliative care in and around Melli Bazar (under Melli HWC-PHC), in collaboration with local ASHA workers and a Physiotherapist.

🩺 During the visits, clients received: • Home-based nursing care
• Vital signs and blood sugar monitoring
• Guidance on static & dynamic exercises
• Counseling for families on end-stage care support

✨ Families were empowered with knowledge, and clients were encouraged to adopt a positive outlook to enhance their quality of life.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Prishila Rai for her dedication and compassionate service in bringing comfort and dignity to those in need. 💙
