This unique training
has been put together by Subuddha and Sangeeta based on years of giving and receiving bodywork in the East and West. It is designed to give either a beginner or experienced bodyworker a massage skill that is easy to learn, effective and very beneficial to both give and receive. In this training
You will learn how to give and receive a full-body ayurvedic massage (a 60-75 minute session)
To complete the learning process in a realistic way the last day of the training is Open House Massage Day where participants will spend the day giving full sessions to invited guests. We invite you to feel and explore the mystery of your body and the healing power of touch
