Beautiful patient of mine 6 months post rejuvenation upper eyelid surgery. For me Upper eyelid surgery is more than just skin cutting. Here I have done fat re-positioning to give her a more smooth upper eyelid contour. I have created a more tighter crease with LPS suspension. I have also re-positioned her lacrimal gland back to behind the orbital rim to get rid of the side / lateral fullness in her eyelids. The results is simply worth the time and effort taken in her surgery
