Complete reconstruction of the long segment dissected carotid artery by eCAS in a patient with progressive left hemiparesis. Patient improved clinically well and holding on with DAPT. Tough to reconstruct with BMS at bends, would always prefer self expanding long Braided stents if available. Having long Braided stentes like long LEO on shelf for emergency CAS is crucial. I could manage to do decent job without the one.

ICAD presentation with LVO & Rescue/Bail out stenting! These are Challanging acute cases & lots of things to take care with respect to antiplatelets, Hemorrhagic transformation, comorbidities & post procedure care. Submximal plasty with IA tirofiban failed to keep the artery patent & Bail out stent was the only way to salvage in emergency.

Medically refractory Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension[IIH] treated with Venous Sinus stenting after demonstrating >10mmHg gradient. Tried everything everything including Diamox multiple CSF drainage with temporary relief, failed TP shunt, etc..Rapidly vision loss & daily persistent headache were the complaints. Simultaneous stenting of co-dominant sinuses were done
