Thank you, AVM Santacruz, for giving me the opportunity to speak to the children about healthy eating. It was truly heartwarming to see the enthusiasm and curiosity of the students as we explored how making the right food choices can help them grow strong, stay active, and think bright.

As a parent and nutritionist, it was a proud moment to contribute to such a meaningful initiative. I hope this session inspired the kids to make small but impactful changes in their daily meals — because when we eat right, we truly stay bright!
