Since last 25 years I am also involved my self in rehabilitation of burn patient .The story starts long back when there was an incidence at Baripada district Mayurbhanj, and lots of damage of lives after a burn incidence in the year 1997. This is a patient with hypertrophy scar on the back .we took the measurement and plan the type of pressure garment required ,the required pressure to have a good result ,and order the manufacturer .Every three months interval ask the patient for review.Few interesting and challenging case ,I am posting here for awareness
