I am starting with my next batch of teaching Psychology to students of class 11th, 12th and also graduation.
Let me know if you or anyone else is interested!

Also I have resumed taking Individual and group counseling sessions now for your social, emotional, relationship, career and other issues as well.

Let’s celebrate it!
We at Ekatmaya, have decided a theme for this month — “EXPRESSIONS”❤️

Which means we believe in the fact that one of the major things that one can have is to be able to express oneself fully and completely in whatever manner he or she wants to! Your expression is the manifestation of who you are deep at your heart, your core!
And what other event than this, to be able to be who you are and express yourself fully.
Hence we invite you to display your talent, whatever that might be. Be it art, painting, dance, singing, stand up comedy, poetry, or anything else for that matter!
Come and express yourselves and be who you are and experience the freedom within!
Because deep down we all have something to share with the world which we always want to, but hesitate to do so or for some other reasons avoid doing it! This is the chance for you to unravel yourself and be out there!❤️✌️ So let’s meet!

The process- you can share your write-ups or videos of your talent, that is one way, other is you can come live on insta with us and share what you have! Whatever feels comfortable!

Reflecting and introspecting on this, I came across a few questions related to one of the most fundamental and important aspect— OUR BODY!

Ask these questions to yourself——

What is your relationship you have with your body?
When was the last time you spoke to it?
Have you listened to your heart? To your lungs? To stomach or to your legs? What do they say?

Do you value your bodies and honour them or take them for granted ?

Lets explore this relationship that we have with our bodies!

Because that’s the place we have to live in for lifetime!
