It's a common notion that we must suffer our karma. Some part of me doesn't approve this message. Self-realization is the ultimate karmic code breaker. And till we realise we started the karma and we must end it and realise why we started it at first place, suffering seems like an injustice. It's injustice indeed. The only legitimate suffering is however the suffering of individuation- becoming a fresh life. Not your past, not future, not any ancestor or galactic being. Hence, no matter the age, lifetime or stage striving for self- awareness should be constant.
So why do some of our clients or at times we, ourselves, must suffer the injustice? It's an ignorant part, often a shadow that prefers suffering.
It prefers self-inflicted injustice because of non-acceptance of its individuality.
Hence, in past life regression, we encounter similar patterns for lifetimes or branches of a core problem where the soul is forever in unrest. Untill, we ask why? What's the need or motive? And what is making the soul choose such violence we live in perpetual pain.
That is when the level of consciousness shifts. Only when it shifts, karmic loop is transcended. But what creates the shift?
Realisation that we, fragments of The One, are not limited.
