About Nirog:

Nirog is an initiative of Foomosa to engage people with healthy lifestyle by educating people about proper diet intake and positive lifestyle changes to transforms them into an energetic and happy human being. Our Mission
To educate about Food we eat and its effects on our thinking
To bring back health and happiness in everyone’s life by designing creative Public Events

Our Objective:
We are conducting a three week customized diet and fitness awareness camp that redefines people's approach to a healthy living and gives them actual experience of how a small diet change can bring a big change in their overall health and thoughts. Event Layout

•For 21 days, participants will follow a customized diet plan (according to individuals’ requirement or medical condition) recommended by expert (dietician or doctors) considering seasonal and local food.
•Registered enthusiasts will take up this interesting challenge and follow it religiously, they will be encouraged to share experience, motivate one another, and learn from the group’s collective insight within 21 days time.
•Weekly review meetings will be held on each Sunday where challengers, event group members will meet for group discussions, will share experiences and will motivate each other.
•Participants will have to maintain a diet journal (notepad) provided by organizers in which each day’s food intake will be mentioned with honesty. Note: By diet plan we do not mean that the participants have to stay hungry or have to put themselves in some kind of uncomfortable situation. Diet plan simply means a customized diet according to the participant's medical condition and also keeping in mind what he/she aims at achieving healthwise. This type of diet plans ensures that we provide our body with all the required nutrients and avoid junk which is either waste or harmful for the body. Reason Behind time duration of 3 weeks and diet journal

Scientific study of the human behavior suggests that it takes at least 3 weeks or 21 days to form a new habit. We expect that participants will notice noticeable changes in 3 weeks in their physical and mental health including change in their behavior at office and home. This change will not only motivate them to continue the newly acquired healthy eating habit but will also inspire many more lives noticing the changes in our participants and can lead to a chain. Maintaining a journal is very important as it not only keeps a record for our future reference but also motivates us for each coming day. Also if we fail to follow the diet on some particular day it keeps on reminding us that we have to mention the same in our journal and will compel us to stick to the diet plan. An amazing opportunity to improve health. Nothing can be more satisfying than a healthy mind and body. Nature Cures Best! For more information keep reading “Patrika”
