Someone finally spoke the truth ! Fat Loss is never about any specific food unless you arent in a calorie deficit. Its a game of calories. No Green Tea or Superfoods can help as long as your basics arent right.
Get the basics right and then adding quality foods and/or having a mix n match of superfoods will help. Drinking green tea without having a calorie deficit aint gonna do s**t to your weighing scale.
