Someone finally spoke the truth ! Fat Loss is never about any specific food unless you arent in a calorie deficit. Its a game of calories. No Green Tea or Superfoods can help as long as your basics arent right.
Get the basics right and then adding quality foods and/or having a mix n match of superfoods will help. Drinking green tea without having a calorie deficit aint gonna do s**t to your weighing scale.

HERBALIFE SUPPLEMENTS EXPOSED !!

10 years Ago, People who used to consume supplements were considered to be aliens sent from outer space and were criticized to the core. People used to talk about how a particular person is consuming supplements and adding such bad stuff in their bodies.

Fast forward to 2019, wherein the Supplement Industry has become a booming industry. People have started consuming supplements at an alarming rate without even an ounce of knowledge about it.

With almost a dozen of companies coming up every year, everyone wants to get a pie of the consumers wallet. India has become a hot market for every supplement company to get into. More demand leads to greater consumption but brings with it even greater chances of fraud and scam.

This is a report which has been shared in a science journal which showcases the reality of Herbalife Nutrition Supplements. HERBALIFE SUPPLEMENTS have been described as a scam in the US since 2016. Why ?? HERBALIFE SUPPLEMENTS HAVE BEEN FOUND TO HAVE HEAVY METAL CONTAMINATION, TOXIC COMPOUNDS AND PATHOGENIC BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION.
And guess which country is giving Herbalife the most revenue ?! HERBALIFE is gaining the most revenue from India. 99% of the people who are selling Herbalife Supplements in our country are in it for the commission they receive when they sell it to you,your family and friends. They dont know s**t about supplements and/or how they are made.
It is high time people understand that consuming any supplements just because your friend or your retailer recommends can put you in serious risk. Also, Supplements which claim to make you lose weight fast are nothing but a major scam. !!!! Do not fall for it 🙏🏻

Always do your own fact checking or consult/ask someone who is more knowledgable than you in this field. Do not blindly buy what your trainer or your friend tells you to.

“The only person who benefits from a detox diet or a detox pill is the one who is selling it !!”

Many of you must have heard your friends or family talk about going on a detox diet post vacation or after binge eating for weeks. Unfortunately, 99% of people who go on such detox pills and tea have no fu***ng clue about detoxification !!

Human Body is created to naturally detoxify itself. God has given each one of us the ability to detoxify our systems. The so called Trainers and Dieticians are simply minting money out of you.

Our bodies detoxify every single day. Toxins are flushed out of your system via urine and also while you sweat ! Infact, Your Body even removes toxins while you breathe ! When you exhale you are removing the micro-toxins in your system.

It is shocking to see people falling for this crap. I urge you to send this post to anyone among your family or friends who is supposedly following a detox plan or consuming a detox supplement !

A harsh truth which prevails in the Indian Society is that people look up to the wrong professional when it comes to Nutritional Advice and guidance. No disregard to any doctor who works hard to earn his/her degree. Nutrition is a totally different concept than medicine. There will always be celebrations, special occasions, gatherings and social functions wherein you will have no other choice but to indulge in calorie dense foods.
But it isnt just about how much you control your diet during those occasions, rather its more about how much you focus on your health and food intake in betwen those occasions and gatherings.
Indulge in your favourite foods guilt free but make sure you commit to long term healthy lifestyle.

What exactly is a Calorie Deficit ? Calorie Deficit is Eating less no. of calories than the calories you are burning. Hence, Creating a Deficit.

Calorie Deficit is the single most important factor which determines Fat Loss irrespective of whichever diet you follow. Different Diets have different variety of foods in their plans but all work on one single phenomenon. Hence, no Diet is superior than the other, its only a matter of list of foods under a particular Diet name which differ. You can choose whichever diet suits your lifestyle and food choices. Dont follow the herd and jump on from one fad diet to another. Stick to a plan which you can do on a consistent basis rather than trying to follow the trend !

Over the past couple of years, the health industry has been targeting carbs by concluding that carbs is the reason for obesity in people.
Obesity is a condition which does not arise out of one specific or particular condition or nutrient intake. Bodyweight is a result of various factors such as genetics, metabolism, environment, behaviour and culture.
Carbs have a lot of advantages and must be included in your diet plan.

Consistency - The Single most important factor necessary for whatever goal you have = Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Cardiovascular Fitness, Strength training, Weightlifting or just looking fit and healthy.

Most people switch from diet to diet, go from trainer to trainer, change their gym year after year in order to get results but it is their lack of consistency towards following a particular program which is the reason for them not getting the desired results. Stick to one Trainer, one program, and follow it while-heartedly. One day at a time !

“You are what you eat” - Technically this quote isnt true. Its half true considering the fact that the body develops and grows according to the foods you digest and absorb. Hence the quote should be “ YOU ARE WHAT YOU DIGEST AND ABSORB”
If a 20 year old boy is eating the same meal as a 50 year old mom, both will have different levels of digesting food. Both will not have the same level of digestion and absorption ability.
Here, Eating habits and rituals play a very crucial role in your ability to digest food. Eating mindfully without any distractions, chewing your food properly before gulping it down, eating only till you are 70% full - are a few habits which affect how much food will be digested by the body.
For Eg. - You might be eating a very healthy salad for lunch everyday but if you are mindlessly gulping it down rather than chewing it properly, you might never get the benefits of eating a salad since it might not get digested.
Now you know why our grandmoms used to scold us a lot and make sure we are chewing our foods properly.
