Movement:
Why movement is important to us.Movement is what gives us an healthy living.Think about it how as a kid we all used to be active and moving around. Many times we had been told to sit quite as a kid.But as we age we all stop moving and at a point we all forget we need to move only.That's when your body system begins to slow down.Let's talk about the Muscular system if you don't move the muscles which are responsible for that will keep getting weak and at a point they get atrophied.This could lead to failing the other systems in the body.A simple example would be you need to burn the calories that you consume everyday.Even if it is good calories you need to burn them.Otherwise it would keep getting accumulated.Because of that you wouldn't be able to move as well.We all need to keep assessing our Movement level.We all need to challenge ourselves to keep ourselves moving and leading a healthy life.
