Basic Listening Skills Training

In Collaboration with: Team Incubation
Number of Participants: 30

The Listening Community, in collaboration with Team Incubation, conducted a Basic Listening Skills Training at I Home, Calicut, with the participation of 30 individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The session focused on introducing the core principles of therapeutic listening, including empathetic presence, non-judgmental attention, and reflective responses. Through interactive exercises and discussions, participants explored the transformative power of deep, compassionate listening in both personal and professional settings.

The training was marked by active engagement, openness, and meaningful reflections from the participants. Many shared how the session helped them become more aware of their listening habits and inspired them to be more intentional in their interactions. Overall, it was a fruitful and insightful experience.
