On Sunday Madhwa Mitra Varalaya and Madhwa Yoga organised Jathaka Parivartan at Chennai PALIMARU MATHA ANNANAGAR Chennai. It was very well attended by the the parents. Around 120 people attended from 3 to 7 pm on 17.3.2024.
Yoga Satyanarayan Yoga therapist presented a short lecture on OBESITY. It was about the symptoms and causes of obesity and the importance of disciplined life or the anuahtanam of our Sanatan which is shunned by the younger generation nowadays. This is THE REASON for diseases which people suffer even at very young age.
