I'm Ajay Kumar ( A certified yoga Trainer ) from Delhi.

Motivated Yoga Trainer with Advance Training & Specialization in Hath Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga Principles. I'm passionate about influencing others to improve their health and wellness with my holistic (long-term) approach. I ensure each student hits their fitness goals through yoga. I possess a unique ability to customize yoga sessions and modify postures based on the learner’s physical and psychological needs. I ensure my students practice asana safely and make them aware of the pitfalls and dangers of an incorrect posture. When it comes to my qualifications-:
◆ Certified from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in Delhi, which is India's one of the most prestigious college for Yoga.
◆ I have also completed my PG Diploma in Yoga Education and Human Science from LBS National Sanskrit University Delhi.
◆ Now I am pursuing Master's In Yoga from Uttrakhand. ( Final Semester )

( Apart From this I am also a Basic & Advance Course Certified Mountaineer From Himalayan Mountaineering Institute Darjeeling west Bengal. )

As far as my Experience goes, In India as a Yoga Trainer. I’m experienced in conducting yoga sessions in a Group / Corporate class, on-line & one-to-one personalized classes. I’ve worked with students having health issues such as Sugar, Overweight, cervical spondylitis, PCOD, Back pain, Stress/Anxiety Stiff muscles, Respiratory issues, etc. My Yoga sessions skills lie in a number of area like-
