Art Talks uses an expressive art (mixed) modality to work with these groups. Art modalities comprise:
- Rhythm (drumming)
- Movement
- Visual arts
- Speech & drama
- Alternative healing techniques
- Yoga & prayanama techniques
- Counselling sessions

*LET'S DANCE, PUNE!*

Welcome to the West African Dance Workshop by and the Taal Inc. Student's Ensemble at .in_ Baner-Pashan this Sunday on 3.8.2025

Let's learn the traditional dance steps to West African rhythms and understand this culture in an authentic way all through a dance form that is high energy, earthy, powerful, graceful and rhythmic!

Yes, we'll have *live drumming* accompanying us led by Varun Venkit and the Taal Inc. Student's Ensemble

Your teacher Akshata Parekh has been studying West African dance for almost a decade now and has learned with various teachers internationally. She is currently a dance apprentice with the TTMDA dance curriculum

Workshop Details:
