It is known eating a diet high in alkaline foods (high pH) and by limiting acidic foods, you can raise the body's pH levels (make the body more alkaline) and make your body a poor environment for unhealthy environment to live in. Its a Eat your National Vegetable day. 🥦🥑🥬🍆🥒🍠🥔🧅🧄The Whole idea of celebrating this day is to getting people eating their veggies daily and spreading awareness of their diversity and necessity in a healthy diet. Veggies come in every color of the rainbow, almost every believable shape and size and the flavors they bring to the table are absolutely astounding. And there is a long list of benefits we get from including vegetables in our diet.
One needs to understand how important it is to be able to eat vegetables on a much more frequent basis right now.
We don't have to think much what to eat when your veggies are easy to cook and include in every recipe when we are hungry. For exmaple, paneer wrap, vegetable soup . dal shorba🫕, vegetable dalia, vegetable dal cheela, vegetable sandwhich, egg omellette🌶🥗, etc. There are so many reasons why eating veggies is so healthy and help in making the meal plan so balanced .

Have you ever found yourself trying to workout at gym or while doing a jog and you wonder what is wrong — why can’t I push yourself through your weight lifting set or even walk a little bit further — you really aren’t going crazy. It is the Iron deficiency which is directly affecting our physical performance, beyond simply being tired.

Researchers say its the inflammation caused by our fat reduces our ability to get iron into our cells where it belongs.

The exhaustion related to with iron deficiency is epic, as you know well if you struggle with an iron deficiency. The idea of working out at the gym and on a calorie restricted diet is simply impossible.
So first you have to have make a plan to be on a Iron-sufficient diet plan which includes ample of Iron Sources be it - inculcating lot of greens, eggs, red meat, whole grains, nuts like cashew, pistachio, raisins, apricots, etc.
Always combine your Iron-rich foods with Vitamin-c for better absorption

This Statement cant be stressed anymore-‘What you eat is what you are’. If you eat ‘healthier food’, you will be healthy or vice-versa. Never follow fad diet plans, which get you back to the square one. These are not long term practices. Individuals may need medicine when daily routine is erratic, late sleeping habits, eating junk in evenings, not taking enough Vitamin-D, quality of food is not maintained. One should eat that make you achieve long-term health goals. One may get into disordered eating habits and long-term struggles with weight, gastric issues, IBS, etc

Our Quality of life and our Daily Performance is co-related to the Quality food we eat. If the quality of food we eat daily is nutrient dense and minimally processed, it leaves us satiated and energized.
The quality of food should be nourishing in a way that our cravings are minimized, and it enables us to have a healthy relationship with food, reach our weight goals and live a healthy life.
In the short term, poor nutrition can lead to stress, low energy, lazy, tiredness and our capacity to work, and over time, it can contribute to the risk of developing illnesses and other health problems such as: being overweight or obese. weak, tooth decay. high blood pressure.

Negative Calorie food are the kind of fruits and vegetables that supposedly use more energy to digest than they provide in calories, Thereby resulting in a calorie deficit.
Also these can consumed daily in juices and salads that's because digesting these foods takes up more calories than what they contain.
"High fiber foods are those that have a low Glycemic Index can be called as negative calorie foods. High fiber foods fulfill two purposes.
- Our body takes longer to flush out fiber from the body, hence they stay in the body and delay hunger.
-And secondly, these zero calorie foods release sugar slowly and so, the incidence of it turning into fat is low

Everybody knows, in order to lose fat, our body needs to be in a caloric deficit. This deficit forces your body to use old deposits of fat to use as fuel. On the other side, to gain muscles, our body needs to be in a caloric surplus. This surplus provides the energy your body to build bigger muscles. But Losing weight in the form of fat rather than muscle should be the priority given how important your fat-to-muscle ratio is to Overall Health.
