There is also a gardener that tends the green spaces and a yoga teacher and masseuse available on call. To provide maximum security and privacy there is surveillance around the communal areas and no access to the balconies that the ensuites look out to except for daily cleaning and watering of terrace plants by our in-house staff.
To be noted that there is no room service or daily housekeeping provided nor is there any television set, refrigerator or WiFi available within the ensuites, this is to help maintain the tranquility in the rooms and encourage the use of communal lounges and Portuguese house where one can mingle, access our minibar, watch television and utilise the complimentary unlimited WiFi.

Environment
As a green initiative and to help the planet and Goa stay as clean as possible we strongly discourage any waste in terms of plastic, water or energy. To encourage this we have taken the following steps-
Every guest is provided with a locally made stainless steel refillable water bottle with filtered water and easy carry cotton sling bag for use whilst your stay to avoid plastic bottles wastage and minimise carbon footprint where possible.
Throughout the monsoon season we sustain using the rain water harvested from our fresh water pool.
We do not feed chemicals into our swimming pool that may harm any plants in case it’s later utilised for irrigation.
Our fair trade hand woven Indian towels use 80% less resources to wash dry and reuse.
We try to grow as much food and herbs on the property organically as a measure of health and sustainability.
An ecosystem is encouraged where we do not kill insects and reptiles but encourage the growth of organisms such as frogs and lizards and plants such as lemongrass that automatically repel pests such as mosquitoes.
We also aim to recycle as much as possible and feed organic leftovers to animals and the garden to reduce waste.
All the water from our kitchen and showers is also used to irrigate our gardens.
We are also the first and the only business in India that offers complimentary bicycles to its guests to decrease pollution and enjoy an idyllic time in sussegad Goa.
We have also curated a local guide of the trendy favourites that can be experienced on our in-house bicycles whilst you enjoy your stay with us and explore our recommendations. We also help arrange airport transfers or motorbike rental as and when required.
Finally, we welcome you to experience our hospitality and provide open and honest feedback, at the same time accepting that each space comes with its own challenges and environmental pressures and hope you enjoy and treat this uniquely positive and serene nature and home as your own with the respect it deserves.
