स्वयंसेवी संस्था, कंपन्यांच्या समन्वयाने 'सीएसआर'चा चांगला विनियोग 'सीएसआर'च्या चांगल्या विनियोगासाठी स्वयंसेवी संस्था, कंपन्यांमध्ये समन्वय हवा

पुणे: "समाजाच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी अनेक स्वयंसेवी संस्था धडपड करीत असतात. त्यांच्या या कार्याला व्यापक करण्यासह परिवर्तनशील विकास साकारण्यासाठी निधीची गरज असते. ही गरज भागविण्याचे काम उद्योगांची सामाजिक बांधिलकी (सीएसआर) करते. 'सीएसआर'चा चांगला विनियोग करण्यासाठी स्वयंसेवी संस्था आणि कंपन्या यांच्यातील समन्वय महत्वपूर्ण ठरतो," असे प्रतिपादन भारती अभिमत विद्यापीठातील सोशल सायन्स सेंटरच्या प्रभारी संचालिका डॉ. अनिता मोहिते यांनी केले.
उदयकाळ फाऊंडेशन आणि उदयगिरी सोशल फाऊंडेशन यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने आयोजित 'सीएसआर कॉन्फरन्स २०२५' च्या उद्घाटनप्रसंगी ते बोलत होते. नवी पेठेतील एस. एम. जोशी सभागृहात झालेल्या कार्यक्रमात व्हर्टिव कंपनीचे वरिष्ठ संचालक डॉ. प्रशांत शिनगारे, अपिकोअर फार्मास्युटिकल्सचे उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. नंदकुमार पाटील, उदयगिरी सोशल फाउंडेशनचे अध्यक्ष राम माने, संयोजक व उद्याकाळ फाउंडेशनचे सचिव मयूर बागूल व आरती बागूल आदी उपस्थित होते.
सामाजिक विकास क्षेत्राची संकल्पना यावर समता शक्ती फाउंडेशनच्या संचालिका अर्चना गोमजे, प्रकल्प प्रस्ताव लेखन व निधीचे स्रोत यावर सिलॅबलच्या संस्थापिका डॉ. समीक्षा नेरुरकर, सीएसआर: कंपनीचा दृष्टीकोन यावर कल्याणी टेक्नोफोर्जचे राहुल सावंत, स्वयंसेवी संस्थांकडून कंपनीच्या अपेक्षा यावर अमडॉक्सच्या सीएसआर मॅनेजर दीप्ती घोणे कांबळे, स्वयंसेवी संस्था आणि सोशल मीडियावर विकास तिवस्कर यांनी विविध सत्रांमध्ये मार्गदर्शन केले.
डॉ. अनिता मोहिते म्हणाल्या, "स्वयंसेवी संस्थांनी ग्रामीण भागात पोहोचायला हवे. तिथे अनेक कामे करण्याची गरज असून, त्यामध्ये 'सीएसआर'चे महत्व खूप आहे. विकास प्रकल्पांचे चांगले प्रस्ताव, अहवाल बनवायला पाहिजेत. कंपन्यांपर्यंत आपले काम पोहचले, तर निधी उपलब्ध होऊ शकतो. 'एमएसडब्ल्यू' झालेली व्यक्ती सोबत असल्यास हे काम अधिक प्रभावीपणे होऊ शकते."
डॉ. प्रशांत शिनगारे म्हणाले, "चांगल्या कामांसाठी कंपन्या नेहमीच निधी उपलब्ध करून देतात. समाजोपयोगी उपक्रमांना त्यांनी पाठिंबा दिल्यास शाश्वत बदल घडवता येतो. युवकांनीही पुढाकार घेत सकारात्मक बदल घडवण्याचा प्रयत्न करावा. हे उपक्रम केवळ समस्या सोडवत नाहीत, तर समाजात आशावाद आणि प्रेरणा निर्माण करतात."
डॉ. नंदकुमार पाटील म्हणाले, "कंपन्यांनी केवळ व्यवसायिक लाभ न पाहता सामाजिक जबाबदारीही पार पाडली पाहिजे. आरोग्य, शिक्षण आणि पर्यावरण यासारख्या क्षेत्रांत गुंतवणूक केल्यास समाजाचा सर्वांगीण विकास शक्य आहे. स्थानिक उपक्रमांना पाठिंबा देणे ही काळाची गरज असून अशा प्रयत्नांतून कंपन्यांची सकारात्मक प्रतिमा निर्माण होते."
राम माने यांनीही मनोगत व्यक्त केले. मयूर बागुल यांनी स्वागत-प्रास्ताविकात परिषदेच्या आयोजनामागील भूमिका मांडली. केतकी पवार, वर्षा डांगे यांनी सूत्रसंचालन केले. कार्तिक चव्हाण यांनी आभार मानले. वर्षा डांगे, कार्तिक चव्हाण, राहुल माने यांनी परिषद यशस्वी साठी प्रयत्न केले.

Pune: "Many NGOs are struggling for the overall development of the society. Funds are needed to expand their work and achieve transformative development. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) works to meet this need. Coordination between NGOs and companies is important for good utilization of 'CSR'," asserted Dr. Anita Mohite, Director-in-charge of the Social Science Center at Bharati Abhimat University.
He was speaking at the inauguration of the 'CSR Conference 2025' jointly organized by Udayakal Foundation and Udayagiri Social Foundation. S. M. The program held at Joshi Auditorium was attended by Dr. Prashant Shingare, Senior Director of Vertiv Company, Dr. Nandkumar Patil, Vice President of Apicor Pharmaceuticals, R.P. Mane, President of Udayagiri Social Foundation, Mayur Bagul, Secretary of Udayakaal Foundation, Aarti Bagul. Specially, Shri Shivshankar More, Vice President of Udayagiri Social Foundation, Joint Secretary Dr. Nandkumar Patil, came from Mumbai especially for this conference. Treasurer Shri Shivraj Suryavanshi, President of Pune MUA Sangh Shri Shivaji Shinde, and IT Engineer Shri Akash were present.
Archana Gomje, Director of Samata Shakti Foundation, spoke on the concept of social development sector, Dr. Samiksha Nerurkar, CSR: Rahul Sawant of Kalyani Technoforge on the company's perspective, Deepti Ghone Kamble, CSR Manager of Amdocs on the company's expectations from NGOs, and Vikas Tivaskar on NGOs and social media guided in various sessions.
Dr. Anita Mohite said, "NGOs should reach out to rural areas. There is a lot of work that needs to be done there, and 'CSR' is very important in it. Good proposals and reports for development projects should be made. If our work reaches companies, funds can be available. If a person with 'MSW' is with us, this work can be done more effectively."
Dr. Prashant Shingare said, "Companies always provide funds for good works. If they support social service initiatives, sustainable change can be created. Youth should also take the initiative and try to create positive changes. These initiatives not only solve problems, but also create optimism and inspiration in the society."
Dr. Nandkumar Patil said, "Companies should not only look at business benefits but also fulfill their social responsibility. Investing in areas like health, education and environment can lead to overall development of the society. Supporting local initiatives is the need of the hour and such efforts create a positive image of companies."
Ram Mane also expressed his views. Mayur Bagul presented the role behind the organization of the conference in the welcome address. Ketki Pawar, Varsha Dange moderated the event.
