Job Location:
Sector 63, NOIDA
& Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurugram

Shift: Night Shift Cab & Meal facility will be provided.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

1) Will be involved in calling US insurance companies to Analyze the Claims and update the claims status.

2) Working on pending claims, adhering to quality parameters.
3) Required Excellent communication skill.
4) Should have Computer Knowledge, Positive attitude.
5) Sound knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider side)
6) Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue

Cycle Management (RCM) Skills Required:

Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills Analytical Skills to handle issues in different ways

Typing speed atleast 25 wpm to 30 wpm and more

Ability to handle pressure
