The people we spend the most time will massively effect our behaviors, our mood, and our relationship with ourselves and others.
Now is the time to be brave, notice what happens to your life when you’re with people who are disrespectful, condescending, negative, and dishonest.
Become keenly aware of how this plays a role in your energy, and your enthusiasm for life to live each day being your truest, best self.
Stand up, make a plan, and kindly remove them from your circle of influence.
If complete removal is not possible limit the time greatly, and put an invisible shield around you when you’re with them.
Don’t engage, try to change, or be involved. Do the obligatory time and make it short.
But for the most part we can let people go and wish them well, we’re just too afraid of what might happen.
Will they dislike me? Will I be alone?
The unknown is scary, but the pain of the reality of the now is worse.
Enough is enough. You deserve better.

Learning and unlearning is a continuous process that should be inculcated to gain knowledge and power.
The mistake people normally make is when they learn something they think that they have gained the ultimate knowledge and they stop learning.
To learn more you need to set and control your brain in such a manner that when you restart learning about a matter that you have already read about, you can't give privilege to your preconceived notions and judgements.
Set aside your judgements, keep an open mind and heart to learn, to inquire and to be wise. Self Inquiry is the path of being wise.

Many of us think of self-care as a luxury that we only focus on when we are physically and mentally well. In fact, regular practices which promote mind and body wellness is especially critical during the tough times, and for, our tough times.
It is important that your self-care practise is unique to you. The one size fits all approach doesn’t work because we all have individual needs and thresholds. While we can encourage and guide each other, it is important that your practice is suitable for you. Regardless of how well we might think we understand another person, their needs for managing life’s requirements will be different to yours and you to theirs.

If we were never put down or had never been through the tough times, criticism, and failures, we would never have been as smarter, experienced and respectful to others. While we advance through challenging times, we learn numerous lessons.
