Transformational Thursday.
12 kg weight loss in 3 months.

Meet my client Jalpa.
She's a wife , a mother and a career oriented women.

I remember when she first came to me, a little sceptical on the diet and not sure how it will work and whether it will work or not.

She tried almost everything to lose weight , but nothing helped so far post her pregnancy.
She had almost lost hope.

When she joined she had low energy levels, her skin was not so good and her hairs were falling.
We reversed it all just in a span of one and half month.

She is a Gujju so her diet was as per her culture and she ate all theplas, handva and dhokla every other day and also her favourite South Indian dishes were included in her plan and she still lost weight.😊

She has gained all her confidence back and has more power to life.

Weightloss and traveling!!
Read to know how you can manage that.

Your weightloss should never be an obstacle for your work tour or vacation.

There is always an option to choose and here you have to choose the best that suits your journey.

I never stop my clients from traveling as they need to know what all they can eat on their travel which will help them to lose weight.

Here are some options ;

Breakfast :

🌱 Veg upma.
🌱 Veg poha.
🌱 Sandwich.
🌱 Idli Sambhar.
🌱 Dosa Sambhar.
🌱 Bread omlet.
🌱 Fruits.

Lunch :

🌱 Tava Roti and Sabji.
🌱 Dal , Rice and Sabji.

Dinner :
🌱 Tava Roti and Sabji.
🌱 Dal , Rice and Sabji.
🌱 Soup and any non oily starter.

🌱If you wish to enjoy any sweet then breakfast or lunch is the best option.
Do not indulge at dinner time.

Midmeals : you can always arrange and keep a local fruit in your hotel room.

If all you are thinking about is food on your Weightloss journey, then you should read this.

Symptoms :

🌱 If you think about food all the time.
🌱Cravings for junk foods and sugary foods.
🌱Feeling of deprivation.
🌱Hunger pangs.
🌱Weakness and low energy levels.
🌱Low mood.
🌱 Depression.
🌱 Sadness even if you have lost couple of kgs.
🌱Hair fall.
🌱Bad skin.
🌱Loose skin.

☀️Weightloss diet should be effortless as much as possible, only then you will be able to lose weight and maintain it.

☀️If you have most of the symptoms from the above list then you should consider reviewing your diet.

Cure :

🌞 Do not cut down drastically on your calorie intake.
🌞 Drastic calorie reduction puts your body in stress and any kind of stress will not make you lose fat, but it will only make you lose muscle , hair , skin and health.
🌞Your diet should be close to your culture.
🌞 Your concentration should be on losing fat and not the number on the weighing scale.
🌞Do not go no carbs for dinner immediately when u start as you might plateau very quickly.leave this for later stage.
🌞3 litres of Water , 7 hours of sleep is very essential and do not stress.
🌞Do not be too harsh on your self while not enjoying your festivals or special days or else you will likely leave the journey soon.
🌞 Remember it's a journey and not a short fix.

Your routine may be stopping you from achieving your Weightloss goals.

☀️ Sleep at a fix time atleast 6 days a week and it goes with waking up as well.

☀️ Don't be on a fight and flight mode first thing in the morning.

☀️ Spend atleast 15 minutes with yourself first thing in the morning, while just analysing your day and reminding yourself why you are on this journey.

☀️ Prepare your meals , and also keep your mid meals ready so that you don't skip it.

☀️ Try to wind up your day as early as possible so that you have time in the evening to do your favourite things, like i read books.

☀️ Needless to say keep away your phone's atleast before half an hour to your bed time and again sit with yourself and kick away all the negativity and keep bringing positive thoughts in your mind.

It is very easy to lose weight.
So gather all your strength and fix up your routine first.

Okay so let us talk about this.

Your weightloss diet totally depends on your current health conditions and your Weightloss goals.

There are people who wish to lose their weight quickly and they also have their willpower.

There are people who wants to go slow and at the same time enjoy their parties and meals outside every now and then.

According to me both are good.

Client's Transformation story.
A unique transformational story.

My client Prerna is from USA.
Her story is unique as she was working in shifts and her shifts used to change every now and then.

Most of the time when I talk to people about health and Weightloss they have 19 different things on why they cannot do it.

But there are people who only knows one thing and that they wanna do it.💪

Prerna is a working women and has kid and husband and have to look after her family and job and herself and you all know how difficult it is abroad as they do not get domestic help and have to perform all their activities by them selves.

My motive always is to make my clients life easy and not difficult by providing them meals wherein they do not have to spend hours into their kitchen and with minimum efforts they can make delicious meals belonging to their culture.

And the same we did with her as well.

We used to regularly be in touch and discuss about her weekly schedule and plan accordingly.

Planing meals for people who work in shifts is a little tricky as you have to be eating all night when you have a night shift, but I must say with proper nutrition, she was able to achieve her goals.
