EASY QUICK PROTEIN RICH WEIGHTLOSS DRINK
Sattu is a popular traditional Indian drink made from roasted gram flour. It is highly nutritious and provides a good amount of protein, fiber, and essential minerals. Here's a quick and easy recipe to make

🍸 Sattu Drink:

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons sattu flour
- 1 tablespoon jaggery or honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1 cup chilled water
- A few mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Take a glass or a shaker bottle and add sattu flour to it.
2. Add jaggery or honey (if using) for sweetness. Adjust the amount according to your taste preference.
3. Add roasted cumin powder and black salt for flavoring. You can also add a pinch of chaat masala for extra tanginess.
4. Pour chilled water into the glass or shaker bottle.
5. Mix all the ingredients well until the sattu flour is well incorporated and there are no lumps.
6. You can use a hand whisk or a blender to make it frothy.
7. If desired, add a few ice cubes to make it more refreshing.
8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional).
9. Stir the drink once more before serving.
