Jaggery-Channa-roasted chickpeas and jaggery help relieve constipation due to the high fiber properties. Fiber makes stool easier to pass through the digestive tract. Additionally, jaggery has natural laxative properties, which help promote regular bowel movements. However, to increase the effectiveness of this food in relieving constipation, it is necessary to drink plenty of water with it.

Half a bowl of jaggery should be eaten morning and evening before meals for 21 days. Drink 8-10 glasses of water along with it.

જમતાં પહેલાં સવાર -સાંજ ૨૧ દિવસ ગોળ-ચણા અડધી વાટકી ખાવા જોઈએ.સાથોસાથ ૮-૧૦ ગ્લાસ પાણી પીવું જોઈએ.

According to me as a nutritionist, I believe that fasting is a positive healing, which I give to my sincere clients and let them see the positive changes in their body and lives.

Mrs. Bhatt did not have any medical condition. Slow metabolism was the major problem and being a working women her schedule was quite hectic so the program was planned according to her schedule.
