Today was a heart-touching experience at Dalimss Sunbeam Global School, Varanasi.

I had the privilege to attend the World Health Day Speech Competition as a Chief Guest. Watching these little children stand on stage, speak with confidence, and share such meaningful thoughts on health was truly beautiful.

At such a young age, they are learning what many adults still struggle with, expressing themselves, building confidence, and understanding healthy habits.

As a parenting coach, one thing became even more clear today:

• Confidence starts early
• Expression needs safe space
• Children learn best when they are heard, not judged

A big appreciation to the school , Dipendra Verma sir and teachers for creating such a nurturing environment where children feel confident to speak and grow.

These small moments shape strong futures.

Today felt special.
Standing here, I realized how far I’ve come.

My ex boss once guided me with values I carry even today.
Because of those lessons, I can confidently say I am walking the right path.
