Yes everything at any age is possible. Currently doing Diabetes Reversal of one of my elderly client age 65 yrs.
Within 1 week Fasting Blood sugar dropped from 305 to 233.
Within 6 days PP dropped from 479 to 340. And the journey continues.
What is most important is daily updates of all her meals. Currently she is on Low Glycemic index diet . Low GI food knowledge along with Recipes too is shared on regular basis along with the Diet Plan.

Enjoy your love meal ( cheat meal ) guilt free.

We usually end up feeling guilty after eating outside.

Healthy cheat meals should be lower on calories, higher on proteins & fiber to make you feel full & satisfy your cravings .

Egs- Burrito bowls, Buddha bowls , Grilled Chicken, Chana Chaat, steamed Idli or plain dosa with coconut 🥥 Chutney & sambhar, Yogurt bowl , Grilled Paneer or Chicken Sizzler , Curd Rice , etc. Healthy beverages include Coconut water, Buttermilk, Fresh Lime Soda salted , Matcha Green tea latte without sweetener etc.

TIPS FOR HEALTHIER CHEAT MEAL -

* Prioritize Protein- this keeps you full for longer period of time, reducing the chances of overeating.

* Don't Starve Beforehand- Skipping meals before a cheat meal leads to binge eating.

* Stay Hydrated - Drink plenty of water to help in digestion.

* Practice Portion Control- Always remember it's a cheat meal & not a cheat day.

Meet my client Anushka. She is a medical student . Inspite of her busy schedule & living in hostel with just a hot plate & mixie she started her journey 1 week back only. Taking all her 3 meals , detox Water, other fillers in between meals.
