We are looking for a competent executive secretary to support psychologists and our clinic. You will be the one to perform the below-described duties by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business, client satisfaction, and the timely completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities and role

Attending online meetings and keeping minutes
Receive, handle, prioritise, and screen phone calls and emails, redirecting them when appropriate.
Client confidentiality and ensuring the security of their files
maintaining the executive’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Data mining
Maintaining records for the clinic
Creating invoices and keeping books
Assist in planning appointments, meetings, and consultations.
Receiving and screening clients calls and mail, redirecting them to the appropriate consultant
