Therefore the human brain 𝕙𝕒𝕤 𝕥𝕠 𝕓𝕖 𝕥𝕒𝕦𝕘𝕙𝕥 (𝗮) the transitoriness i.e. the arising and passing away of all things 𝕒𝕤 𝕒 𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕒𝕝 𝕤𝕖𝕢𝕦𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕖, and it is neither a cause of jubilation, nor a cause of despair or sadness nor has one to philosophize on this aspect. It is a law of Nature and God and (𝗯) that thoughts which are the product of brain process are equally transitory and would die as a natural consequence but gain importance only when we dwell on them; just as the sensation in the nostril we had never felt, before we made it an exercise.
In the fourth meeting we realized the geography of human brain and hence its lines of communication viz. the sympathetic and the parasympathetic or the corrective system.

𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝟵

Pranayama, though it denotes the science of control of impulses, is generally understood as the science of control of breath. Let us recapitulate. Prana is impulse. All visible and invisible happenings in the Universe are under the influence of cosmic impulses. The activities of the human bodies (𝕚𝕟𝕔𝕝𝕦𝕕𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℂ𝕙𝕚𝕥𝕥𝕒 𝕠𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕕 𝕤𝕥𝕦𝕗𝕗 - 𝕄𝕚𝕟𝕕-𝕀 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝔹𝕣𝕒𝕚𝕟 𝕠𝕣 𝕊𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟-𝕀), forming a part of the whole brain or mind, automatically come under its control. This cosmic prana (𝕚𝕞𝕡𝕦𝕝𝕤𝕖) 𝕒𝕤 𝕚𝕥 𝕗𝕦𝕟𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤 𝕚𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕓𝕠𝕕𝕪 𝕚𝕤 𝕟𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕕 𝕧𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕠𝕦𝕤𝕝𝕪. (𝟲𝟯). Subjective mind impresses the image with which it is charged upon the whole body of the Universal Mind.
(𝟲𝟰). When talking to your subjective mind, do not attempt to tell it its own business- which is the mean of carrying out your order. It knows far more than you can possibly know (cook).
(𝟲𝟱). The clear and simple your presentation, the quicker will you attain results (mechanic).
(𝟲𝟲). Just give the plain outline of what you want to realize.
(𝟲𝟳). Do not limit the subjective as to time.
(𝟲𝟴). Do not stipulate how or through what channels it would come about. Hold fast to the image totally and details will be filled in later.

The difference between third and fifth meetings is that in the third meeting the brain wanderings are considered as distractions while in the fifth meeting we see them in the light of arising and passing away.
The term arising and passing away denotes the impermanency of all creation. i.e. their transitoriness and it matters not if thought takes.
𝟭/𝟭𝟮𝟬 of a second or a star or galaxy needs some billions of years to arise and pass away or whether a human being is born and dies in seventy or a hundred years.
The peculiar aspect of all arising and passing away is that something passes into nothingness and from nothingness arises something. On the surface of our Earth land disappears and water occupies that area (𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕠𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕤𝕦𝕣𝕗𝕒𝕔𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝔼𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕙 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕕𝕚𝕤𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕤 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕝𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕠𝕔𝕔𝕦𝕡𝕚𝕖𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕒𝕣𝕖𝕒) and suddenly in an ocean an island appears. A Super Nova
disappears to create a black hole and after some millions of years a nebulous cloud arises to be the womb of countless stars again. This is a law of Nature and God.

Can there be manifested interference with normal functions of the Vagus or
the sympathetic and parasympathetic, i.e. the autonomic nervous system?

𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝟴

The only visible interference with the normal functions of the Vagus or
autonomic nervous system is either by means of certain mild poisons or certain medical agents, in short chemicals of some sort. This chemical effect of poison can be duplicated by:

𝟭. Holding the breath for abnormally long hours.
𝟮. Prolonged fasts
𝟯. Rhythmic three step breathing
𝟰. Corrective methods
𝟱. By thoughts of a particular nature of intense resultant intensity.

All these provoke the resultant intensity and so a voluntary control indirectly
through the change in resultant intensity can be brought but ‘Will’ as we
discussed, or as is commonly understood, has no place and control.

(𝟱𝟱). Do not strain or try to will it into being. Just keep the image in mind, thinking of it objectively often as yours actualises permit.
(𝟱𝟲). Let not the objective mind do what properly belongs to the subjective mind, with its direct access to the unlimited power and knowledge of the Universal Mind.
(𝟱𝟳). These images are thought forms because they are real forms in the world of thought. You decide objectively what they shall be. But you work subjectively to bring them about through your subjective mind.
(𝟱𝟴). Talk to your subjective mind as though it were directly to an individual.

Do you know how animal man is turned into a living God?
Then why moan and cry and just be busy with your internal dialogue and fantasies to escape from real life that wants to help you!!
In the last extra meeting, what have we noted? That in the third meeting we train our brain area (a) the thinking instrument, not to wander away when given a set exercise and to perform for a set period. Later we change over to seeing inky blackness and nothing else for a set period.

𝕀𝕤 𝕂𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕚 𝕒 𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕪 𝕚𝕞𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕒𝕟𝕥 𝕟𝕖𝕣𝕧𝕖 𝕝𝕚𝕜𝕖 𝕍𝕒𝕘𝕦𝕤? 𝔸𝕟𝕕 𝕚𝕗 𝕟𝕠𝕥, 𝕨𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕚𝕤 𝕚𝕥?

𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝟳

When it is high, it is called awakened Kundalini or high resultant intensity.
𝕋ℍ𝔼 𝕍𝔸𝔾𝕀 𝔸ℝ𝔼 𝕋𝕎𝕆 𝕀𝕄ℙ𝕆ℝ𝕋𝔸ℕ𝕋 𝕍𝔼ℍ𝕀ℂ𝕃𝔼𝕊 𝕆𝔽 ℂ𝕆ℕ𝔻𝕌ℂ𝕋𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝕊𝕌ℂℍ 𝔽𝕆ℝℂ𝔼𝕊, i.e. plus and minus high intensities.
The resultant intensity is a mighty but potential force (𝕒𝕤 𝕨𝕖 𝕤𝕙𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕤𝕖𝕖 𝕚𝕟 ℙ𝕒𝕣𝕥-𝕀𝕀 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕓𝕠𝕠𝕜), for better or worse, and the words ‘𝙘𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙙’ or ‘𝙨𝙡𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜’ meaning potential and ‘𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙩’ or ‘𝙆𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙞’ meaning wise or dangerous, which describes eloquently the power of high resultant intensity, either plus or minus, to free a person from the bo***ge or enslave him. In the case of the average human being, this force is a mere trickle. It can be gathered into hundreds of thousands of tons of force and then that force can symbolically break open all doors and locks. Fortunately, Nature has not closed doors or locks anywhere, her laws are infallible, and form automatic locks and doors. Knowing of her laws would automatically open them.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗

(𝟰𝟴). Do not accept whatever may come before your eyes. Determine yourself what shall come before your eyes.
(𝟰𝟵). But first and foremost- know what you want.
(𝟱𝟬). Have a clear, well defined understanding with yourself before you start consciously to create circumstances.
(𝟱𝟭). Do not make up your mind hastily. In dealing with infinite force you cannot afford to be hasty.
(𝟱𝟮). Satisfy yourself that your predominating desire is worthy, rational, natural and by not harming to anyone.
(𝟱𝟯). Fix that desire.
(𝟱𝟰). Not as you hope it may be; but if it were already a fact. See yourself in that picture actually occupied in doing exactly you would do if it was already externalized. Hold this mental picture as long as you can.
