What should I do if my weight is just stuck at a certain kg?

Sleep, of course, having seven to eight hours of sleep is something that you will take care of.
In your diet and exercise, changing either of it or both would help. So you change any one first.
If you're talking Talking about exercise, either you increase the intensity or you increase the duration or you change the type of exercise. If you're doing more cardio, you add weight training. If you're doing more weight training, then you add a little cardio.
Balancing the two would help that way. So exercise, change.
Coming to your diet, the most important part, because 70% diet has impact on your weight loss, on your lifestyle.
So talking about diet, there are two main things that you need to do. One, you need to increase fiber in your diet.
What fiber will do is it will bind the fat and get it off. So increasing a little more fiber through adding maybe more vegetables, fruits, certain seeds, nuts, which will help.
Second thing you could do is you could increase protein in your diet.
Protein will make you burn more calories and help you in losing weight. So protein is the food for the muscle. So when you're your muscle mass improves, it will make you burn more calories and you will lose weight. Thanks for watching
