Can you tell me about some low-calorie food items which can keep you full?

Yes. So things which can be had in between meals, which will not keep you too full for too long and too hungry for too long.

So things like roast chana, like a handful or two, or maybe kurmura makhana, roast chivda. Chivda made of oats, which is more filling and gives satiety.

Things like cucumber and carrot sticks with a little bit of hunkard or hummus, and buttermilk, that is chhaas.

So these things can be had in between. Or maybe a fruit also with some nuts can help.

What should I do if my weight is just stuck at a certain kg?

In spite of having additional efforts in your diet and exercise, you're not able to get results.

Yeah, exactly. There are two things here, diet, exercise, sleep.

Sleep, of course, having seven to eight hours of sleep is something that you will take care of.

In your diet and exercise, changing either of it or both would help. So you change any one first.

If you're talking Talking about exercise, either you increase the intensity or you increase the duration or you change the type of exercise. If you're doing more cardio, you add weight training. If you're doing more weight training, then you add a little cardio.

Balancing the two would help that way. So exercise, change.

Coming to your diet, the most important part, because 70% diet has impact on your weight loss, on your lifestyle.

So talking about diet, there are two main things that you need to do. One, you need to increase fiber in your diet.

What fiber will do is it will bind the fat and get it off. So increasing a little more fiber through adding maybe more vegetables, fruits, certain seeds, nuts, which will help.

Second thing you could do is you could increase protein in your diet.

Protein will make you burn more calories and help you in losing weight. So protein is the food for the muscle. So when you're your muscle mass improves, it will make you burn more calories and you will lose weight. Thanks for watching

Is intermittent fasting suitable for everyone?

Well, intermittent fasting has its own pros and cons. So the benefit it has is it doesn't raise your insulin and which helps you lose fat.

However,
it's not suitable for many people because if you have, you know, chances of dropping on blood
sugars and fasting for too long will drop it further.

Or if you have acidity issues, then also there are people who are not able to follow this regime.

So for hyper acidity issues or for blood sugars, you know, when they drop easily in certain
cases, in certain people, you shouldn't follow this regime.

Having a balanced diet where you are
eating small frequent meals every two, two and a half hours is actually the best way forward to,
to lose weight, to maintain weight and to take care of your nutritional status also.

I have heard that it's like more in calories or something.

See, when you talk about coconut water, this is from tender coconut. Now, tender coconut has high moisture so it has less fat content. But if that coconut gets a little dried, which is brown on the out and white on the inside it will have more fat. But if you have tender coconut cream, then the fat content is less and the minerals are more. So you can have it.
But about twice a week should be enough.

What's the time that's preferenced throughout a day when I should be having coconut water?

Coconut water, if you have early morning, is the best time because your body can absorb it totally. Anything which is very good for your body should be had first thing in the morning.
So having it early morning is a great idea.
