About the course
This course explores how transforming the self-reference the core sense of self influencing our thoughts, emotions, and relationships can lead to greater inner clarity and freedom. Through the study of dual-transformation, participants learn to access inner resources, shift limiting patterns, and foster a more flexible, empowered way of being.

Practical information
The UD International Education 2025, hosted by the Tarab Ling Institute, India, is designed to make UD Module I and Module II courses more accessible to both new and returning students. This new structure allows participants greater flexibility in selecting courses while ensuring a coherent learning progression.�For students enrolled in the 2024–26 cohort or those from previous years, this schedule makes it easier to choose and attend Module I and Module II courses as needed.
