Many mothers become mentally weak after pregnancy. Most of the time, their family members do not understand them, and they keep telling them all kinds of knowledges .

Stay by the mothers' side during that time, support them mentally!! Because mothers become depressed.

To overcome depression, mothers need to 1) exercise, 2) socialize, 3) fulfill your small hobbies little by little, and 4) consult with a psychologist if necessary.

Food habit of toddlers and kids:

Weight and height are dependent on nutritious food, sufficient sleep, regular body activities or exercise and our beliefs. Some best foods for kids are following:-
1. Eggs ( you can include eggs everyday in diet).
2) Dairy products: milk, curd, yogurt and cheese.
3) Soyabeans, beans and pulses (full of protein)
4) Chicken ( mostly different vitamin-Bs).
5) Carrots ( compulsory needed. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene which converted by the body into vitamin -A)
6) Vegetables and Green leafy Vegetables ( which support bone growth).
7) Fruits and nuts( rich in vitamins and minerals, nuts are rich in omega 3 fatty acids).

Good habits:
1) low pressure approach. Try to introduce new food slowly. Give the toddlers time to rejoice the food.
2) Family meal time. Together enjoy meals with toddlers and kids.
3) no tv at meal time. Watching tv at meal time is a big no. Try to sit together at meal and snack times.
4) Proper sleep is very important to stimulate growth and development.
5)Avoid junk foods. Reduce Cheat meals.
6) Regular exercise is must. Active toddlers are best.
7) Avoid Refined sugar and foods.
