I want to convey my sincere thanks to all the consultants who were involved in saving this patient and as well as the baby, the patient went to deathbed, but with all of your efforts, we could save the mother and baby. Dr vidya konduri , gynaecologist, dr Saibabu anaesthesia, dr Atchuth, HOD anaesthesia, dr rajesh critical care anaesthetist, dr prasad interventional radiologist, dr Sumanth gastroenterologist, dr anuradha blood bank HOD, dr fazala , paediatrician, dr satish paediatrician .dr Kiranmayi, gynaecologist, Mrs D Swati 25 yrs old primigravida 31weeks period of pregnancy with severe PIH with imminent eclampsia with abruption placenta, emergency lscs was done. Baby 1.2 kgs, handed over nicu . Later after a few hours, the patient developed severe atonic Post parting haemorrhage. All means tried. Massive blood transfusions and FP and platelets were given. Internal iliac artery embolisation was done. The uterus was kept under continuous negative pressure for 24 hours. The patient was in shock. Went into HELLP syndrome and haematemesis .patient was revived, and she became normal in 10 days.
