Thank you all for the continued trust and support. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to serve you through the work I love—teaching, mentoring, and offering heartfelt sessions and services.

As my work continues to grow - approaching 15 years of this work , I’ve found it necessary to set a few clear and respectful boundaries to ensure I can stay focused, organized, and fully present for those I serve.

Effective immediately:

• All sessions must be prepaid to confirm your appointment. I am unable to hold appointments as there is actually a demand for sessions. This is why I do not post often is because I am getting referred by word-of-mouth which I deeply appreciate and it has allowed me to not have to advertise like most other people do.
• I’m no longer able to offer free sessions or consultations, and I will be working with you to come up with a plan. Should you need. I do this because I have been in many of your shoes before and understand the need to obtain services at a good price and with flexibility.
• I’ve adjusted my pricing to remain as accessible as possible (recently I’ve brought down my prices from $85 an hour to my original $69 an hour), including sliding scales and payment plans—but honoring time and commitment is essential for everyone involved.

Like you, I value professionalism and follow-through. Preparing for a session requires time, energy, and care. Missed appointments and late cancellations create challenges not just for me, but for other clients waiting for support. I appreciate your understanding as we move forward with mutual respect and accountability.

Please note that I work in central standard time and if you do request an appointment, kindly refer to the calendar, invite that you receive or our messages as we coordinate.

I do remain flexible and can reschedule up to one time for a missed appointment however, I do require communication for these. Any rudeness or demanding will not be tolerated as I aim to be friendly flexible and loving in my exchange with you, but I will not tolerate disrespect either.

I am excited about the growth of my offerings and the expansion of my business structure to serve you better and more efficiently.

❤️Happy Lunar New Year!🧧🏮

This is an exciting year to be alive, with a lot of opportunities for all of us to take advantage of.

Because this day falls on the first new moon of the year, we have an opportunity to maximize this time for the benefit of ourselves and all of humanity.

New moons allow us to be deeply introspective, spiritual, and sensitive nature, but it can also bring challenges related to emotional clarity or family karma.

I’ve already experienced receiving some news that brought about much healing for me. I’m sure many of you are also experiencing revelations that will assist you in making the most of this year.

With the energy of the Wooden Snake, we will be able to find a sense of grounding (only if we intend it tho), stability, and natural energy, which is much needed with all of the changes occurring around us.

This could be a highly karmic year, so making choices as to where we spend our time and energy can have long time implications.

I think of Rahu and Ketu joined together, two historically malefic shadow planets who can also bring blessings, both at a slow and fast pace; sometimes too fast for us to be able to digest until many years later. Some change happens quickly and some change takes time to manifest. The important thing is to remain still, and to consider what you’re taking in, what you’re processing, and how you’re processing. We can also be wary of our projections.

The wooden snake could be a subconscious trigger for awakening hidden knowledge or spiritual awareness. It can be scary at first, but a necessary part of our own ever changing evolution.

Snakes always shed their skin, exposing fresh new scales. It makes me think of new paradigms and new ways of existing. We may feel uncomfortable at first, but we’ll grow into our new skin, only for it to be shed again.

The only thing guaranteed in this life is the inevitability of death. So it’s great for us to reflect on what we have done right in this life, make necessary changes, and progrsss forward in confidence that we are doing the best we can with what we have, no matter how temporary it may be.
