Hiring: Receptionist
Company: Kasparov Prime Private Limited
We are looking for a professional and energetic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and should possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Salary & Compensation:
We offer two types of salary structures for this position:
Fixed Plan: ₹20,000 per month (No commissions).
Incentive Plan: ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Commissions.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
