After a failed IVF attempt elsewhere and a heartbreaking miscarriage during our first cycle together, this incredible couple chose to stay. They chose to keep trusting the process—and me.
In a journey often filled with doubt, their hope remained unshaken. This kind of trust is the greatest gift a doctor can receive. I can’t quite put into words how blessed I feel to walk this path with them. 🩺✨

Most couples walk into a fertility clinic with one big fear:
“Will they ask us to jump straight into IVF?”

That’s not how fertility care works, and it’s definitely not how it works at Oasis Fertility.

Here’s what really happens, step by step.

Step 1: The consultation, asking the right questions
The first visit is not about procedures.
It’s about understanding:
• How long you’ve been trying
• Menstrual cycles and ovulation
• Past treatments, if any
• Medical history, lifestyle, stress, and expectations

Often, this conversation alone brings clarity that couples didn’t have before.

Step 2: Basic fertility testing, no guesswork
Based on the consultation, doctors suggest only the necessary tests, such as:
• Hormone tests to understand ovulation and egg reserve
• Ultrasound to assess ovaries and uterus
• Semen analysis to evaluate s***m health

These tests help answer one key question:
What exactly needs support?

Step 3: A personalised plan, not just medicines
Treatment doesn’t start with injections.
It starts with:
• Cycle guidance and timing
• Dietary and lifestyle corrections
• Addressing hormonal or metabolic imbalances

For many couples, these steps alone improve fertility.

Step 4: Treatment, only if and when required
If advanced treatment is needed, doctors recommend:
• The least invasive option first
• A protocol tailored to the couple’s biology
• Safety, comfort, and long-term outcomes

IVF is suggested only when it truly fits the case, not as a default.

Step 5: Monitoring, review, and support
Fertility care doesn’t end with one decision.
Plans are reviewed, responses are monitored, and next steps are adjusted carefully.

This step-wise, evidence-based approach is why Oasis Fertility consistently sees strong clinical outcomes, because success comes from doing the right thing at the right time.

At Oasis, couples are guided, not rushed.

Your fertility isn’t a mystery—it’s data. 📊✨

That 2ml of blood in the video is testing my AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone). Think of it as a “fuel gauge” for your ovaries. While it doesn’t tell us about the quality of the eggs, it tells us about the quantity remaining.

Why does it matter?
If you’re planning for the future (or trying now), knowing your AMH helps you make informed decisions about egg freezing, IVF, or natural conception timelines.

The Scorecard:
• ✅ Optimal: 1.2 to 3.5 ng/mL. You’re in a good spot for your age.
• ⚠️ Low: Under 1.2 ng/mL. This suggests a “diminished ovarian reserve.” Time to move a bit faster.
• 🚀 High: Over 3.5 ng/mL. While “more” sounds better, very high levels are often a hallmark of PCOS.

When should you see a Fertility Specialist?
1. Your AMH is below 1.2 ng/mL.
2. You’re over 35 and have been trying for 6 months.
3. You’re under 35 and have been trying for a year.
4. You just want a roadmap for your future family! 🗺️

Knowledge is power. Have you had your levels checked yet? 👇

Most people don’t realise this, women are born with all the eggs they will ever have.

At birth, a baby girl has around 1–2 million eggs.
By puberty, that number drops to about 3–4 lakh.
And with every menstrual cycle, the count continues to decline.
This egg count is called ovarian reserve.
Unlike men, who produce new s***m regularly, a woman’s egg reserve only goes in one direction, downwards.

So where does AMH come in?
AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) is a simple blood test that gives an estimate of ovarian reserve, how many eggs are left, not how good they are.
That’s why many women are surprised when they see a low AMH report.

We often meet women like this:
 - A 30–32-year-old
 - Regular periods
 - No health issues
 - Planning pregnancy “in a year or two”

And then an AMH test shows a lower-than-expected reserve.
Nothing felt wrong because ovarian reserve declines silently.

Why does ovarian reserve matter?
As age increases and the egg reserve reduces:
- The number of eggs available per cycle decreases
- Time to conceive may increase
- Fertility treatments may need better planning
This is also why female fertility naturally declines after the early 30s, not suddenly, but steadily.

Does low AMH mean pregnancy is impossible?
No.
It does not mean you cannot conceive. It does not mean immediate IVF.

What it means is information.
Information that helps women make informed decisions, whether that is trying sooner, planning treatment wisely, or even choosing to preserve eggs early if pregnancy is planned later.

Egg freezing isn’t about forcing pregnancy. It’s about preserving the option to use your own eggs, instead of depending on donor eggs in the future.

The takeaway:
Female fertility is changing and declining earlier than most people realise.
The solution isn’t fear.
It’s awareness.
One simple test, such as an AMH test, can help women understand their fertility timeline and plan their future with clarity and confidence.
