Radhika co-founded UDAAN, a transformative initiative endorsed by and empaneled with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Quality Control of India (QCI), NIFT Foundation for Design and Innovation (NFDI) under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST), Govt. UDAAN Skill Academy is a joint initiative between the National Institute for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, and IAMKHADI Export Pvt. Under the leadership of Ms. Radhika Jain as CEO and the esteemed guidance of Dr. Glory Swarupa, the first woman Director General of ni-msme, UDAAN is empowering lives and creating sustainable skill development opportunities.
