Team NP-NCD Lower Subansiri in collaboration with All Kalung government employees and pensioners welfare association conducted a Health Mela at Tailyang Lapang , Kalung Village on the 31st October, 2025. The Health Mela was inaugurated by Shri Subu Lento, ZPM, Kalung segment, in the presence of AKGEPWA Executive Members, Dr Subu Habung DPO (NP-NCD ) , medical team and publics.
