Evaluation of Visual, Refractive Characteristics and Angle of Deviation in Patients with Monocular Elevation Deficiency Abstract: Purpose: To provide a comprehensive evaluation of the visual, refractive, and strabismic characteristics of patients with monocular elevation deficiency (MED).

Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on patients diagnosed with MED. Clinical data, including visual acuity, refractive error, angle of deviation, and surgical outcomes, were collected and analyzed. The prevalence of amblyopia, refractive errors, and strabismic patterns were evaluated, and the relationship between the angle of deviation and head posture was assessed.
