**Diagnosis of a Rare and Distinguished Clinic Case**
A patient presented with pain on the medial side of the elbow. Ultrasound examination revealed dislocation of the ulnar nerve, displacing from inside the cubital tunnel to outside it, and shifting over the medial epicondyle of the humerus. This was observed during dynamic elbow assessment, involving flexion and extension of the elbow joint.
