In 2004 the company was awarded the Talil contract to design and build a new military college in the Al-Nasiriyah governorate at a cost of USD 65 million, the contract required housing and offices buildings to be completed so that the college had the capability of housing up to 3,000 people. The work was completed in a 52 week timeframe and included a water supply system, waste water system, power generation and distribution, restaurants, laundries, shops, sports pitches and a stadium, and the supply and installation of the equipment required for these facilities to function. Also included in the contract was the landscaping of the site with access roads, pathways, rain water drainage and an irrigation system for the sports pitches.
