هنا أهم الاحتمالات (DDx):
1. Benign thyroid nodules
* Colloid nodules (الأكثر شيوعاً)
* Hyperplastic nodules
2. Recurrent multinodular goiter
* إذا العملية كانت بسبب goiter سابق
3. Thyroid remnant hypertrophy
* البقايا تكبر compensatory
4. ⚠️ Recurrent thyroid malignancy
* مهم جداً إذا التاريخ السابق thyroid cancer
* خاصة إذا nodules:
* hypoechoic
* irregular margins
* microcalcifications
* ↑ vascularity
