⬅️ عملية استخراج حصاة قناة الغده اللعابيه تحت الفك الايمن

⬅️ اجريت عمليه لمريضة تبلغ 42 عاماً من العمر تعاني من ألم وتورم الغده اللعابية تحت الفك الايمن منذ خمس سنوات عند تناول الطعام او مجرد التفكير بالطعام
وعند الفحص السريري تبين خروج ماده صديدية صفراء اي خراج من فتحة القناة في قاع الفم اسفل اللسان مع حساسيه للالم عند الضغط على المنطقه
تم اجراء سونار واشعه للفك الاسفل تم تشخيص وجود حصاة بقياس 14 مليمتر في قناة الغده اللعابية تحت الفك الأيمن
لم تجرى العملية تحت التخدير الموضعي بسبب الالم الشديد وعدم امكانية فتح الفم
اجريت العمليه تحت التخدير العام وقد استغرقتم العمليه حوالي نصف ساعه حيث استخرجت الحصاة فقط دون رفع الغده وتماثلت المريضه للشفاء خلال خمسة ايام
◀️ The process of extracting stone of the salivary canal under the right jaw was performed on a 42-year-old patient who suffered from the pain and swelling of the salivary gland under the right jaw for five years when eating or just thinking about food.
When the clinical examination, it was found that a yellow pus was exited, i.e. an abscess from the canal opening in the bottom of the mouth below the tongue, with a sensitivity to pain when pressing on the area.
An ultrasound examination and plain X-ray of the lower jaw were performed. The presence of a 14-millimeter stone was diagnosed in the salivary gland channel under the right jaw.
The operation was not performed under local anesthesia due to severe pain and the inability to open the mouth.
The operation was performed under general anesthesia, and the operation took about half an hour, where the stone was extracted only without lifting the gland, and the patient recovered within five days.
