Oral SCC of tongue and floor of the mouth in a 60 year old female patient with no history of smoking, to***co and denture. Cheif complaint was ulcer which has not healed for 3 months after teeth extraction. خانم ۶۰ ساله با شکایت از زخم دهان که سه ماه پیش پس از کشیدن دندان ها ایجاد شده و بهبود پیدا نکرده و نمای بالینی کارسینومای زبان و کف دهان رو نشان میدهد.

A patient presented to my office with stabbing pain on the side of his face which spread around the angle of mandible especially when triggered with gentle intra oral stimulation.According to the clinical assessment trigeminal neurolagia was considered as the first diagnosis and carmazemipine was recommended as the first treatment option.Unfortunately,cutaneous eruptions occurred in patient within three days after starting carbamazepine with diffuse erythema, so the drug was discontinued and he was referred to a dermatologist to prevent further consequences.
بیمار مبتلا به نورالژی ترژمینال پس از شروع داروی کاربامازپین با عوارض ناشی از دارو مراجعه کرد که پس از قطع دارو بیمار جهت کنترل ضایعات به درماتولوژیست ارجاع داده شد. #نورالژی

Squamous cell carcinoma of the buccal mucosa in a female patient without any risk factors. Unfortunately, due to the site of the lesion patient was unaware of disease for a significant amount of time which led to delay in seeking treatment. بیمار خانم‌بدون هیچ ریسک فاکتور با تشخیص کارسینوم سلول سنگفرشی. متاسفانه به علت موقعیت بیمار برای مدت قابل توج از حضور ضایعه بی‌خبر بود . #متخصصدهانفک

A female patient was referred to my office a year ago. At the first appointment through examination, an atrophic and errosive lesion was found on the lateral border of the tongue, so incisional biopsy was recommended as the first step to rule out the dysplasia. Unfortunately, patient did not accept the provision and left the diagnostic procedure incomplete. This photo was taken at the second appointment after a year when the patient had a terrible pain and felt discomfort. Appearance of the lesion indicates that malignancy (SCC) should be considered as the first differential diagnosis.
بیمار خانم که یک سال قبل به علت ضایعه روی زبان ارجاع شده بود . در جلسه اول با توجه به نمای آتروفیک و‌ اروزیو‌ برای رد احتمال تغییرات دیسپلاستیک توصیه به انجام بیوپسی شد که متاسفانه بیمار نپذیرفت. بعد از یک سال با درد و ناراحتی در ناحیه مراجعه کردند که با توجه به نمای فعلی، کارسینوم سلول سنگ فرشی به عنوان اولین تشخیص افتراقی مدنظر قرار میگیرد.
