Seeing so many places throughout my life made it a little difficult for me to pick which one becomes the first . But the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple definitely wins!

Shri Kashi Vishwanath is one of the holiest Shiva temples in all of India. To say that it was an honor to experience the sacred ceremony there, would be an understatement❤️‍🔥 Varanasi, India

I was born and raised in . I lived in three different provinces and the ❄️

I met my husband Richard while through 🇰🇪 We then traveled for 12-weeks throughout East and South Africa. It was truly the longest first date ever!💞

I was a for many years and while that job may seem like a lot of , for me, it was soul-wrenching❤️‍🩹 Perpetuating a lifestyle that fed chronic disease and did not serve me🙅🏼‍♀️ When I got accepted to graduate school in , I left the most lucrative job I ever had and never looked back✌️

In my last year of graduate school I had a series of female-related health problems🩺 I spent more time in doctor’s offices that year than I did in the classroom!

Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. When I woke up in the hospital room after my double mastectomy, I promised myself that I would reclaim my physical and mental health, including healing my childhood trauma🤞

As a published , cancer thriver, yoga teacher 🧘, and trauma-informed spiritual , I work with multiple women, from those who grew up in toxic family systems to women undergoing breast cancer treatments. I understand those two complex frameworks very well since I endured both of them myself💪

I am here to empower women who are struggling with their soul's purpose. Together we can work toward finding self-realization, contentment, joy, and an overall balance within their lives.
