جراح درگیر زندگی بیمار می گردد، بیمار و بستگانش جراحی را به چشم راه نجات از آلام خود می بینند و باوجود اینکه تاکید می شود بلافاصله بعد از برداشتن گچ بینی و صورت تورم خیلی زیادی دارد باز مشتاقانه منتظر دیدن صورت «جدید» عزیزشان هستند. از بیمار و مادر گرامیشان که اجازه به اشتراک گذاشتن تصاویر، فیلم و تجربه خود را به دنبال بازسازی بینی برای آنومالی تسیه صورت، داده اند بسیار سپاسگزاریم و برایشان آرزوی شادی روزافزون داریم

The surgeon becomes deeply involved in the patient’s life. The patient and their loved ones see the surgery as a path to relief from their suffering. Despite being clearly informed that the face will be significantly swollen immediately after the cast is removed, they eagerly await the “new” face of their loved one.
We are sincerely grateful to the patient and their dear mother for allowing us to share their photos, videos, and experience following nasal reconstruction surgery for facial Tessier anomaly. We wish them ever-growing happiness and joy.

هر جراحی بینی یک سفرهیجان انگیز است.🤩 سفری مهیج که نتیجه آن می تواند با رضایت و شادی همراه باشد و یا با کوچکترین اشتباه منجر به عملی ناموفق شود . ما در این صفحه اعمال جراحی ترمیمی و مجدد زیادی گذاشتیم که متاسفانه حاصل یک سفر ناموفق بود بسیاری از شما درخواست داشتید که نمونه هایی از سفر موفق را با شما به اشتراک بگذاریم. بیمار عزیز ما از لحظه ورود به اتاق عمل و شروع این سفر به ما اجازه داد تا لحظات مهم آن را ضبط نماییم. به علت اینکه در ایران تشریف ندارند امکان گرفتن عکسهای بعد عمل معمول بعد جراحی فراهم نشد ولی عکسهای ارسالی ایشان گویای نتیجه این سفر است. از ایشان بسیار سپاسگزاریم و امیدواریم هرجا که باشند سفرهای شاد داشته باشند

I’m honored to announce that my article, Alar Preservation Principles: Alar Hinge Flaps, has been published as an invited author in the esteemed Facial Plastic Surgery Clinics of North America.

Preservation rhinoplasty has revolutionized nasal surgery, largely focusing on dorsal preservation. However, in this article, I emphasize Alar Preservation Principles as a fundamental concept that should be integrated into modern rhinoplasty. By preserving the structural integrity of the alar cartilages through the Alar Hinge Flap technique, surgeons can achieve superior aesthetic results while maintaining nasal function.

I extend my sincere gratitude to the editors, Dr. and Dr. Priyesh N. Patel, for the opportunity to contribute to this important discussion. The article will be featured in the May 2025 issue, Preservation Rhinoplasty.

به چاپ رساندیم. با معرفی این تکنیک که توسط داوران متعدد مجله مورد پذیرش برای چاپ قرار گرفت قدم مهمی در تصحیح یکی از پرچالش ترین مشکلات جراحی ترمیمی بینی یعنی تنگی سوراخ های بینی برداشته شده است. ما امیدواریم جراحان و محققین در سراسر دنیا این روش را مورد امتحان قرار دهند و بیمارانشان خوشحالی یک صورت طبیعی را دوباره تجربه کنند.

I am proud to announce that we have published a new surgical technique for reconstructing narrowed or lost nasal apertures caused by previous unsuccessful surgeries in the prestigious scientific journal, Aesthetic Surgery Journal. The introduction of this technique, which was approved for publication by the journal’s multiple reviewers, represents a significant step forward in addressing one of the most challenging issues in nasal reconstructive surgery: nasal aperture stenosis. Upper and lower eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a precise procedure that rejuvenates the eyes. By placing the incision close to the lash line, scars are nearly invisible. For younger patients with minimal sagging or puffiness, the surgery can be done internally, without external cuts. We thank our patient for allowing us to share their photos.

جراحی پلک‌های بالا و پایین یا بلفاروپلاستی، جراحی بسیار دقیق و ظریفی است که موجب جوانتر به نظر رسیدن چشم‌های بیمار می گردد. فاصله بسیار کم خط برش در جراحی پلک تا محل رویش مژه‌ها در غیر مشخص کردن خط برش در جراحی پلک بسیار مهم می باشد. در افراد جوانتر با افتادگی کمتر پوست و پف آلودگی چشم ها می توان با برش داخل پلک بدون برش از بیرون جراحی را انجام داد. از بیمار محترممان که اجازه به اشتراک گذاشتن عکس‌هایش را به ما داده بسیار متشکریم.

Rhinoplasty surgery not only affects the appearance of the nose on the patient’s face when still but also ensures that the nose maintains stability and beauty during facial movements, especially while smiling. In this study, along with my esteemed colleagues, we conducted a detailed review of the impact of new rhinoplasty techniques on the nose’s condition during smiling. It is an honor that this study has been published in the prestigious journal of Facial Plastic Surgery.
