Yin yoga is a passive practice where all poses are done from sitting or laying down in a passive manner, where gravity plays a role in developing a deeper stretch while enabling you to hold postures for longer periods of time.
We'll apply the three principles of yin:
☯ Finding our edge
☯ Be still in the pose
☯ Hold the posture for 1-4 min.
