Yoga should be as natural in everyday life as eating bread (not everyone eats bread). Yoga is more than movement and stretching - the breath is something we can all focus on, stop, take a few deep breaths, and think about the breath that holds our life (it helps). We can be grateful to be alive - waking up in the morning to participate in life (in our own way) is something to be thankful for. We are the managers of our own lives - we can always (or most of the time) control how we react to things. Have a wonderful day 🌾
